Before We Chat → Here’s What Most Brides Ask :

Before Booking :

We love your work and want to book. What's the next step?

We book up to 1 year in advance. If your wedding is more than a year in away, please check back when you are 12 months out. But, don’t wait too long! We book up very quickly and work on a first-come, first-serve basis. 1 year out is the perfect time to book.

A security retainer and signed agreement are required to reserve your wedding date. Please note that the retainer is non-refundable.

Can I schedule a trial before booking my wedding date?

We completely understand wanting to feel confident before reserving your wedding date. Because our calendar fills quickly—we do require a signed agreement and retainer to officially reserve your date.

That said, your booking is protected by our satisfaction guarantee. If your preview appointment doesn’t align with your vision, we’ll work with you on a solution.

However, if you decide not to move forward after your preview, you will have 24 hours to notify us, and your contract will simply expire with no further payments due. If a trial is important to you before committing, we recommend booking as early as possible to allow time for that experience.

What does the retainer cover?

Your retainer secures your wedding date and covers the behind-the-scenes planning that goes into your experience, including scheduling, artist coordination, timeline preparation, communication, and concierge support leading up to your wedding day.

Because your date is reserved exclusively for you, retainers are non-refundable.

Where are you based? When do you charge travel fees?

Verde Beauty has locations in both Baton Rouge and New Orleans. For on-location services, a travel fee may apply depending on the distance from our studios. Let us know your wedding location, and we’ll be happy to provide a travel quote!

Do you accept all payment options on the wedding day?

No contract balance payments will be handled the day of the wedding.

All services are required to be paid in-full 14 days before the wedding day in the form of cash, Venmo or bank transfer, credit card.
However, last minute add-on services can be paid by Venmo only, on the wedding day.

Tips can be made directly to your artistry team.

Why do I (Bride) pay more on the wedding day than everyone else?

Bridal beauty includes a completely different level of service and preparation than bridesmaid or guest services.
While your bridal party receives beautiful, professional hair and makeup, your bridal rate covers a much more in-depth, personalized experience.
Here’s what sets it apart:

++ More time is reserved for your services on the wedding day to allow for extra care, adjustments, and final touches.
++ You receive a detailed bridal preview appointment, where your artist works with you one-on-one to craft your dream look.

++ We build a customized schedule around your wedding timeline to ensure everything runs smoothly.

++ You get unlimited communication access to our team and coordination with your planner for weeks or even months leading up to the big day.

++ We include additional touches like veil and accessory placement, luxury lashes, and a 15–30 minute buffer for touch-ups once services are complete.

++ Extra behind-the-scenes time is spent prepping, planning, and confirming every last detail—just for you.
++ Your bridal rate reflects the time, expertise, and concierge-level care that goes into making sure you not only look stunning, but feel calm, confident, and fully supported on your wedding day.

Do you have a minimum number of services?

Yes, during peak wedding months—March, April, May, and October—we require a minimum booking of a Bride + 3 per service type.
Hair and makeup are counted as separate services, so if you’re booking both, that would count as two services per person, Bride + 3 hair + 3 mu.

We do offer our In Studio Package for brides that don't meet our minimum.

If you have any questions or need a customized plan for your bridal beauty needs, we’d love to help! Reach out to us for more details.

Do you provide services for larger wedding parties?

Whether you have an intimate group or a large wedding party, we’ll coordinate the perfect team to bring your vision to life. Let us know your details, and we’ll take care of the rest!

About Our Artists / Services :

Who will my stylist be?

At Verde Beauty, our team is carefully selected to reflect the signature style and quality you see across our platforms. Our management team will personally match you with a stylist who best suits your bridal hair and makeup vision. To ensure the perfect fit, we ask each of our brides to send inspiration photos of their desired look. From there, we’ll select the ideal artist to bring your vision to life.

If you have a specific stylist in mind, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

If you were referred in by a perticular artist or personal referral - please let us know! (they get bonuses!)

Can I choose my artist?

Yes—depending on your collection.

Brides booking with Tina receive priority access to request preferred artists based on availability.

For team bookings, we thoughtfully match artists based on your beauty preferences, event needs, and availability to ensure you’re paired with someone who aligns beautifully with your vision.

Can I see a portfolio of my stylist work?

All photos displayed online (Instagram, The Knot, Yelp, Google) showcase the work of our entire Verde Beauty team. We do not share individual stylist Instagram handles, but the artists repped by our agency have images on our website but these are just a few of the many styles that they have created.

If you see specific looks you love in our gallery, simply take a screenshot and share it with us!
We’ll let you know if that stylist is available. Rest assured, our team has the expertise to match you with the perfect artist to bring your bridal vision to life.

Will my stylist be the same for the trial and wedding day?

Of course! The trial is the time for you to discuss all of your preferences with your stylist so she can ensure every detail is perfect for the big day!

How long does the bridal Preview / trial take?

Previews take anywhere from 60-120 minutes with stylists working simultaneously or 60-90 per service when hair and makeup services are separated.

120 minutes is the maximum time included within your bridal trial pricing. If you would like to schedule more time, please let us know in advance. (Additional fees apply.)

For our Premiere Beauty Package the extended preview is INCLUDED in the pacakge and is ideal for brides with multi-look events.

Do the hairstylists offer blowouts?

Yes and No.

Bride's can add a morning of blowout onto thier wedding day service as long as it is requested ahead of time. This is an included option for the Premiere Package and can be added to our other packages for an additional charge.

For bridal party members and mothers a blow out is considered thier style - if they would like a heat style (curls, up do) in addition to a blow out then it would be an additional charge and timing would need to be alloted for a double service.

If a party member arrives with wet hair without notifying us they want a blow out, our stylists will be required to move onto the next service while that particular individual drys their hair.

About Pre-Wedding Day Services :

What happens at my preview appointment?

Your preview appointment is where we refine your wedding-day beauty vision.

During your appointment, your artist will:

• Review your inspiration photos
• Discuss your dress, venue, and overall wedding aesthetic
• Create your desired look
• Make refinements based on your feedback
• Document products and notes for wedding day consistency

This appointment is designed to perfect one complete look.

Can I try multiple looks at my preview?

Your standard preview allows time to perfect one complete look.

If you’d like to explore multiple hair or makeup options, we recommend booking an extended preview for additional time.

Are previews required?

Previews are highly recommended but not required.

Many brides choose previews for peace of mind, while others—especially destination brides or those on tighter timelines—opt to skip them.

Will my stylist be the same for the trial and wedding day?

Of course! The trial is the time for you to discuss all of your preferences with your stylist so she can ensure every detail is perfect for the big day!
